Can your OT’s visit me at home?
Yes, our OT will make an appointment to see you in your own home so they can gain a thorough understanding of you in the context of your living environment. If you live in retirement village, nursing home or other residential facility, your OT will also come to you where you are.
How long is a standard visit?
Usually all first visits are a minimum of 45 mins but on average take 1 hour. If complex assessment or evaluation is required, the visit can take 1.5 – 2 hours.
